PanCAN PurpleStride wouldn't be the success it is without YOU! That’s why we are excited to recognize and reward Striders and teams who reach special fundraising milestones. Learn about these benefits and deadlines below.
Please note all fundraising benefits are based on the fundraising totals shown on purplestride.org at the time of the deadline. Please allow up to 3 weeks for mailed donations to be processed and included in your fundraising total.
Note that donations made through Facebook Fundraiser may not be reflected on your personal/team fundraising page — and the leaderboard — for 72 hours or longer due to the way Facebook Fundraiser processes gifts.

T-SHIRTS
Registered Striders who raise or self-donate $50 or more by event day will receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2025 T-shirt. Make sure to register and raise or self-donate $50 or more by April 6 to receive your T-shirt in time for PanCAN PurpleStride on April 26. Those who register and raise $50 between April 7 and April 26 will have their T-shirt shipped in early May.
All pancreatic cancer survivors who register for PurpleStride as a survivor are eligible to receive a special survivor T-shirt with no fundraising minimum required. Survivors should register by April 6 to receive their special T-shirt in time for PanCAN PurpleStride on April 26.
PanCAN PurpleStride Grand Club
- Deadline: Monday, June 30, 2025
The PanCAN PurpleStride Grand Club is a nationwide program recognizing Striders who individually raise $1,000 or more for their PurpleStride event.
TOP 3 INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISERS
Deadline: Friday, April 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT
- Certificate and medal will be mailed to you after the event.
- Spot on the online leaderboard. (Ongoing)
TOP TEAMS
Top 3 PS USA Family & Friends and Top 3 PS USA Company Teams
Deadline: Friday April 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT- Spot on the online leaderboard. (Ongoing)
- Your team’s name in post-event emails.
- A certificate and team trophy mailed to you after the event.
Top 10 PS USA Teams
- Spot on the online leaderboard.

Top 10 National Teams
- Your team’s name displayed on the Top 10 National Teams sign. (mailed directly to you)
- Lapel pins (for up to 20 members of your team).
- Your team highlighted on PanCAN social media post event.
THE CHAMPION CIRCLE TEAMS PROGRAM
When your team hits specific fundraising levels for your PurpleStride event, you’ll be recognized as part of the Champion Circle and receive special benefits as an expression of our gratitude.
PRO TEAM
Raise $2,500 for your PurpleStride event and be recognized as a Pro Team. You’ll receive:
- A team sign customized with your team’s name.
- Recognition on the PurpleStride USA Facebook page.
ALL-STAR TEAM
Raise $5,000 for your PurpleStride event and be recognized as an All-Star Team. You’ll receive:
- All of the Pro Team benefits.
- A special giveaway mailed directly to you.
MVP TEAM
Raise $10,000 for your PurpleStride event and be recognized as an MVP Team. You’ll receive:
- All of the All-Star Team benefits.
- A swag box ahead of event day.
- A personalized team sign with photo and special dedication.
HALL OF FAME TEAM
Hall of Fame Teams are those who have raised the extraordinary amount of $100,000+ for their PurpleStride event. You’ll receive:
- All of the MVP Team benefits.
- A personal phone call from PanCAN President/CEO or Founder.
- A special highlight in next year’s national PurpleStride virtual kick-off event.
ACHIEVEMENT BADGES
Who doesn’t love an achievement badge? You can earn up to 13! Your badges will appear in your PurpleStride Dashboard and on your public-facing personal fundraising page as you earn them. Check out the types of badges you can earn below and log in to your Dashboard to start earning them!
You can get started with these four easy steps:
- Customize your personal fundraising page with your photo and your personal story. When family and friends know why you’re taking steps against pancreatic cancer at PanCAN PurpleStride, they’ll be more motivated to support you.
- Connect your page to Facebook Fundraiser. Facebook Fundraiser creates a special page on Facebook where you can invite people to follow updates you post and to donate towards your goal. Striders who connect to Facebook Fundraiser raise 5 times more than those who don't!*
- Download the PurpleStride app. The app is another great way to personalize and send pre-written messages through email, text, and social media. We have messages for you to ask for support, and to thank those who donated.
- Make a self-donation. If you haven’t already done so, donate to your own fundraiser. Striders who make a self-donation raise twice as much as those who don’t!
