My mom was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in November 2022. Those that knew her knows that she is a tough lady and would not trouble anyone. As such, no one knew she has pain for months before. When she was finally diagnosed, the cancer had metastasized already.
My sister Lucy, myself and our spouses took care of her the best we could. She wasn't in any pain the last few days and was surrounded by loved ones everyday.
Ruby passed in her sleep on February 1, 2023 in the comfort of home.
