Never give up
In honor of my brother Sam, I’m supporting PanCAN’s vision to create a world in which all patients with pancreatic cancer will thrive.
As most of you know, my dad passed away recently from pancreatic cancer. At 83, and miraculously beating Covid after a year of fighting his way back, he got the news. We were fortunate to get 8 more months with him. A few weeks before that sad day, my brother Sam was diagnosed with the same. He didn’t tell my dad before he passed. Now he too, is in the fight of his life.
Sam is going to fight no matter what it takes. The strength he’s shown in his lifetime is remarkable. Whatever the challenge, medical or otherwise, he pushes through with optimism. And it’s no different now, he has a great attitude. He also has a big heart, is hard-working, passionate, and a true family man. He never hesitates to help others, especially when it comes to supporting others in these kinds of battles. Now I’d like to support him!
