In loving memory of Bradley Douglas Falk, MD

Bradley Douglas Falk, M.D., was born on December 28, 1951, the third child of Betty M. Falk and the late Harry L. Falk, M.D.  He grew up in San Marino, California, where the family moved a few months before his birth.  He was known as Barry during his childhood.  He graduated from Webb School in Claremont, California; Lake Forest College in Illinois; and USC Medical School.  He had a residency in anesthesiology at UCLA and thereafter practiced anesthesiology in Los Angeles, with a specialty in anesthesia for heart surgeries.  It was at a hospital where he worked that Brad met a charming Registered Nurse named Ellen. They fell in love, married, and lived together in Santa Monica. Following retirement, Brad and Ellen moved to Camano Island, Washington.  Brad and Ellen enjoyed skiing, golfing, and gardening together. Brad is survived by his wife Ellen, her children, Brad's mother Betty Falk, and his sister Beverly Falk.  He was predeceased by his brother Lawrence Falk.
