One of the most important things to Dad was philanthropy, and he was a long-time advocate and friend to many wonderful not-for-profit organizations. He was an example to all of us about the importance of putting others before himself.
Dad courageously battled pancreatic cancer for nearly three and a half years, and now he is finally free from the strongholds of this ruthless disease. We could not be more grateful for the precious time we had with him. Dad fought hard so that he could spend as much time as possible with his loving family, and we are forever proud of him.
