One year ago today, John was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer that had spread into his lymph nodes and stomach lining. By August 18 he was gone. I have decided that every year on this date, I will honor John by creating this PanCan Fundraiser. I remember one thing he asked me to include in one of the Caring Bridge posts on Aug 10 that we should all continue to be reminded of daily....
