My Grandfather passed after a long, hard fought battle with Pancreatic Cancer. He was such an integral part of our family. We loved him dearly and still think of him often. He always had a twinkle in his eye and a joke or story to tell. My grandfather would always tell me he loved watching me run around the neighborhood and when I would stop by on my long runs and chat with him on his front porch. I cherish those memories and chats with him so much. So, what better way to honor him and his memory than raising money for Pancreatic Cancer Research by running the Marine Corps Marathon.
Every dollar you give funds life-changing programs and services for patients and their families. Because of you, patients and families receive essential services, resources, information, and support when they are urgently seeking help and hope. They need you now more than ever.
This fundraiser is extremely important to me, my mother, and our family. Please make a gift of any size to get me one step closer to my fundraising goal and help PanCAN create a world in which all patients with pancreatic cancer will thrive.
