Coach Baker’s uncle, Tab Stortzum, passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2014. It was very unexpected as pancreatic cancer is usually found at stage 4, where the survival rates are very low. Uncle Tab never gave up the fight and is remembered everyday.  As the pancreatic cancer is one of the lowest thought about cancers and hit close to home with Coach Baker, the Bomberettes decided to host a Pancreatic Cancer night on November 29, 2022 at the Argenta Oreana High School Boys Basketball Game at AOHS. The girls will have a bake sale where all proceeds will go to the PanCan network. They will also have bracelets for sale as well as taking donations. Donations can be taken at the game or on the team PanCan page.
