This year Team Toke is walking to honor Sheryl, who is once again, fighting this awful disease.

Team Toke wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make – and would be profoundly grateful for your donation. Last year was our first time participating in the walk and our team came in SECOND PLACE in Sacramento for fundraising! A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.  

Let’s show up and show out for Sheryl and all those who have been affected by this horrible disease.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
