Welcome to PurpleStride 2026, which will be an especially meaningful year as I celebrate 15 years in remission. It will also marks our team?s 14th year participating in this incredible event, bringing in @ $150,000!

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate among major cancers, with only 12% of those diagnosed surviving beyond five years. During my own treatment, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network provided my family and me with a dedicated case worker and vital resources that helped us navigate the journey. Now, raising donations is one of the best ways I can give back, supporting both innovative research and the critical services offered to patients.

Together, we can raise awareness and hope in the face of this devastating disease. Whether by joining our team, wearing purple, or making a contribution, your support will help fund groundbreaking research, provide essential patient assistance, and create a brighter future for those affected by pancreatic cancer.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
