10 years.....

It's been just over 10 years since losing my Dad to pancreatic cancer.  And while we've seen some progress in advancements we are still only at 13% survival rate. In those 10 years, I have met so many people who have been affected by this disease. I've held many hands, given many hugs, and given many hours to my community in an effort to make some small change.  I've also found countless people like me with the same mission to make change.  Won't you join me in this mission? On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
