Thanks for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser!

This cause is deeply personal for me. Pancreatic cancer has touched my family and my life more times than I wish it had — my mom — 20 years ago next year, my grandmother, my cousin’s husband, my cousin’s mother-in-law, my best friend’s father … and others. Too many losses. Too many battles. Too many families changed forever.

We're walking in the 2026 PanCAN Purple Stride — to honor those we’ve lost, support those still fighting, and push for earlier detection, better treatments, and hope for the future.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
