Welcome to my PurpleStride Fundraising Page!

Thank you for being here. I have been working at PanCAN for almost 14 years - hard to believe! I started in this work because I personally experienced the devastation of pancreatic cancer when my Aunt Elaine was taken from us in a shockingly unacceptable way by this disease...and because I was inspired by the leadership and vision of the organization. I have stayed in this work because of the people. Because of our community. And because I know that together - we are changing the course of history for those impacted by this disease. 

We need your help! Through our PurpleStride community event on Saturday, April 26, 2025, we are raising money to find an early detection method, to bring better treatments to patients, and to provide free, personalized, 1:1 support through our Patient Services Help Line.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
