Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we!

We continue to make tremendous progress in improving the five-year survival rate.  Now more than ever, advocacy groups like PanCAN play a critical role:

  • Investing in medical research and clinical trials needed to bring new medical breakthroughs to waiting patients
  • Providing support services to patients and their families dealing with this challenging disease. 

I?m taking steps at PanCAN Philadelphia PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
