Welcome to my personal fundraising page for PurpleStride!

I was diagnosed with a solid pseudopapillary pancreatic tumor in October 2019. I underwent Whipple's procedure to remove it in December 2019, removing part of the head of my pancreas, my gallbladder, and my duodenum.

In May 2020 I had some complications and underwent more surgeries, but now I am okay and working on gaining my physical and mental strength back.

As of December 2024, I am officially out of remission, and looking forward to celebrating with people I love at PurpleStride San Francisco on April 26, 2025.

Any and all donations made to my personal fundraising page or to PanCAN will help patients and families affected by pancreatic cancer.

Benvenuti alla mia pagina personale della raccolta fondi di PurpleStride!

Nell'Ottobre 2019 mi hanno diagnosticato un tumore solido pseudopapillare alla testa del pancreas. A dicembre dello stesso anno ho subito una duodenocefalopancreasectomia con colecistisectomia, rimuovendo parte della testa del pancreas, la cistifellea, e il duodeno.

A Maggio 2020 ho avuto alcune complicanze e ho subito altri interventi, ma adesso sto bene e sto lavorando per riguadagnare la mia forza fisica e mentale.

Sono ufficialmente guarita a Dicembre 2024, e non vedo l'ora di festeggiare a PurpleStride San Francisco on April 26, 2025.

Tutte le donazioni fatte sulla mia pagina personale o direttamente a PanCAN aiuteranno i pazienti colpiti dal tumore al pancreas e le loro famiglie.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.
