08.28.2022 changed our lives forever...

After the loss of our mother, Zola Murray, we sought out a way to honor her and keep her memory alive. We never dreamed this journey would bring us into the PanCAN purple family! 


PanCAN PurpleStride gives us a sense of purpose as we continue to raise awareness and take steps to end pancreatic cancer. Join us April 25, 2026 as we come together to make a big impact on the lives of patients and their families. 


PanCAN PurpleStride is the number one way PanCAN raises money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients, and gives them free, personalized one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
