Another year of gratitude and time to get together with other Survivors

Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser!

I want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and I need you to do it!

I’m taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

I want to show my support for an agency that provided me resources and support when I had my own pancreatic tumor diagnosis in 2021.  This year marks 3 years since my life-changing diagnosis and life-saving surgery, and my goal of raising $300 for research marks this achievement.  Any amount helps, and donating as little as $3 can help to support patient resources, advocate for national funding, and help research efforts to end pancreatic cancer and increase the life-expectancy of patients struggling with this awful disease.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
