Dear Family and Friends,


As many of you know, I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer on May 8, 2024, and I am currently no longer undergoing treatments because there is No Evidence of Disease. This journey has deepened my passion for making a difference in the lives of others battling this disease.


That’s why I’m participating in PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 25, 2026—the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer. I aim to raise $500 for life-saving research, support services, and new patient treatment options.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
