Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser!

As many of you know, I lost my mom to pancreatic cancer almost 3 years ago. Losing her was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and it left me with a deep desire to make sure other families don't have to go through the same heartbreak. Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers, and its survival rates have barely improved in decades. The need for research, early detection, and better treatments is critical, and that's why I'm fundraising for PanCan to support the fight against this devastating disease.

I've set a goal to raise $2,145 by the time of PurpleStride on April 25, 2026, a nationwide walk to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research. 

To do this, I'm looking for 65 donors, one for every year of her life, to give between $1 and $65, representing each of those precious years, for a goal of $2,145 by Purple Stride in April 2026.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
