I’m participating in the PurpleStride Run in honor of my dad, whose strength, love, and resilience continue to inspire me every day. Pancreatic cancer has touched my family in a deeply personal way, and this run is my way of honoring his life while supporting others facing this disease.


PurpleStride brings hope—hope for better treatments, earlier detection, and one day, a cure. Every donation helps fund critical research, patient support, and advocacy efforts for those impacted by pancreatic cancer. Thank you for supporting this cause and for helping me honor my dad’s legacy.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
