Thanks for joining Team Beachler! I was diagnosed with a rare form of Pancreatic Cancer called Acinar cell carcinoma back in 2023 at the age of 39. Pancreatic Cancer is projected to be the second leading cause of cancer mortality by 2030. However, it gets less funding than other cancers, likely because there are less patient advocates (given the low survival). There are several promising targeted and immunotherapies for pancreatic cancer on the horizon and it can use more funding! Thank you for supporting this cause, it means a lot to me.
