We're walking as Tom's Trailblazers in loving memory of my dad, Thomas (Tom) Belford, who passed away on May 22, 2023, after a courageous four-year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Anyone who knew my dad knew he was a man of few words but endless heart, a quiet adventurer who loved fast cars, the open road, and building things with his hands. He believed in living fully, creating joy in the process, and never letting rules or expectations define what you're capable of. 

This walk is our way of honoring the spirit he left behind: determined, a little rebellious, and full of hope. 

PanCAN's PurpleStride helps fund critical research, advocacy, and free support for families facing pancreatic cancer. It's a cause close to our hearts because this disease affects far too many families and we need better tools for early detection, better treatments, and ultimately, a cure.

Every step we take and every dollar raised brings us closer to that goal.
