This page honors the life of my mother, Ana. In December of 2023, my family received the heartbreaking news that my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Everyone who knew my mother knew that she was a strong, determined, and resilient woman. Even in the face of adversity, my mother consistently honored her commitments to her family, friends, and obligations. 

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, my mom came to the United States in her early twenties with one child and another on the way. Through hard work, sacrifice, and unwavering determination, she built a life rooted in love and opportunity for her children.

Pancreatic cancer took her far too soon and my mother is missed immensley everyday. In her honor, we will be participating in the PurpleStride New York City Walk on April 25, 2026, to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research and patient care. Our hope is to help create more time, more options, and fewer goodbyes for other families.
