Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients (like our beloved Linda) – and we need you to do it!

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 25, 2026 on NC State’s campus.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more. We have seen the impact of pancreatic research already in Linda’s care. We are working towards a different goal than we were last year.  Last year we were working hard to get her in a position for surgery.  That is no longer an option and chemo has stopped working.  PanCan has been extremely vital in helping us advocate for further testing to see if some brand new treatment options would be an option for her.  We are seeing the funding for PanCan at work and are hopeful we can get her a little more QUALITY time.  In addition to that, we are passionate about helping other people get these same resources now or in the future.

We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make – and would be profoundly grateful for your donation. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.
