We are walking in honor of Donny Maurice - husband, father, Pop Pop, brother, son, and friend who we miss very much. 

Pancreatic cancer took him from us far too soon, but it will never take the love, laughter, and strength he gave to our family and everyone who knew him.

We’re walking to remember him. We’re walking to honor him. And we’re walking to help fund research so that other families don’t have to experience this kind of loss.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
