Join Team Greg Wingert in Honoring His Legacy

On April 25, 2026, we will come together for PanCAN PurpleStride, walking in honor of Greg Wingert, who fought bravely for nine months against pancreatic cancer.

This weekend holds even greater meaning, as it falls just one day after what would have been Greg’s 63nd birthday on April 24th. Instead of mourning, we choose to celebrate his life—his kindness, his laughter, and the love he shared with all of us. We walk because he mattered, because his fight mattered, and because so many others still need our help.

Greg touched our lives in ways words can’t fully capture, and we would love nothing more than to see his family, friends, and all who loved him standing together as Team Greg Wingert

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
