Many of you may not know that my mother, Gail Murray, was diagnosed with stage III pancreatic cancer in June 2025. She successfully underwent the Whipple procedure in July 2025 to remove the tumor and began chemotherapy in September 2025. She is expected to complete her treatment by late-February 2026.

We invite you to join us this year as we walk in support of my mom and her fight to overcome this devastating disease. Your support means more than words can express, and we are grateful to have such a caring community standing with us.

PurpleStride is an inspiring event for anyone who has been affected by pancreatic cancer and wants to ensure vital research continues and free resources are made available to all who need them.
 
To make the biggest difference, we’ve set an ambitious team fundraising goal and need your help – will you donate to our fundraiser?
