Welcome to our team fundraising page!

We are here because of our strong courageous mom! Maureen was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on January 6, 2026 after celebrating her 65th birthday and the holidays with her family. She was having pain and constipation which led her to the ER. January 26, 2026...just three short weeks later ...our mother passed away. 

She loved being a mom and grandma and devoted her entire life to those two roles.

We want to raise awareness while honoring our mom and would love your support!

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
