Welcome to My Personal Page



Today is my birthday!  I'm 60 years old.  I'm very grateful for that.  My mom never got to celebrate 60 because pancreatic cancer ended her life at 51.  I've been volunteering with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network since 2010 because I want more people to celebrate 60 and beyond.  So, once again, I am raising money for Purple Stride taking place on Saturday, April 27th!  In my time with PanCAN I've seen the 5-year survival rate go from 5% to 13%.  That's great but not enough.  So, I'll keep fighting and I invite you to join me! Thank you for your help!

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
