Welcome to my PanCAN PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Thank you for supporting my PanCAN PurpleStride fundraiser! I've been doing this fundraiser since 2011. My husband, Larry, lost his battle August 2011, and my mom, Mitzie, lost her battle October 2016. Sadly, I've known friends and acquaintances that lost the battle also. I  have a special person in my life now fighting this battle. 

I want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and I need you to do it!

I’m taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Here’s where you come in! I’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal and need your donations! A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis. If you cannot donate, keep all those we lost and those fighting in your hearts, thoughts & prayers!

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
