Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Dearest family and friends,

As is true with many of you, pancreatic cancer has personally touch my life in many ways: my mother, Peggy, died in 2000, my friend, Carol, died in 2019, my friends Jimi just died at the end of March. My friend Susie is facing it now.

In December of 2021, I too was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. As it was a rare form called neuroendocrine, I have the chance of being cured of this cancer. In late January 2022, I underwent surgery to remove the cancer and am grateful for my amazing care and support.

Most people who face pancreatic cancer do not have the same chance I did to potentially be cured. They need all the help and support we can offer. This includes funding life-saving research to create other ways to help people face this cancer survive.

Please join me in supporting Pancreatic Cancer Network. PanCan is an amazing organization that is offering help on so many fronts. The life of someone you love may be depending upon it.

Much love,
