PLEASE, I NEED YOUR HELP!
Metastatic Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer - Again!
Nine years ago, I was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is recognized as the king of all cancers because it is one of the most deadly with a five-year survival rate only 6% when I was diagnosed. Today, the five-year survival rate has almost doubled to 10% and much of that success can be attributed to the funds raised for Pancreatic Cancer research. Even so, a 10% survival rate is still way too low.
Since I was diagnosed, I fought and beat multiple recurrences of the cancer, so I'm a four-time (2014, 2017, 2019, 2021) Pancreatic cancer survivor.
Recently, CT scans showed the cancer metastasized to my liver, right lung and vertebrae.
I am asking for your help to take a moment and give from your heart to help find a cure and more effective treatments for this devastating disease. I've stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, as I do every year - since 2015.
Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.
Thanks in advance,
-Robert
