Dear Friends and Family,

As many of you know, I lost the love of my life, Dante, to pancreatic cancer after a courageous battle lasting two and a half years. Dante was not just my partner; he was my rock, my confidant, and the person I envisioned growing old with, spoiling our grandchildren together, and exploring the world with in our retirement. Losing him has left an irreparable void in my heart. Our beautiful granddaughters, Noemi and Kina, will never have the chance to experience the warmth and love of the incredible man Dante was, whom they would have cherished as their Grandpa.

In honor of Dante’s memory and the countless others affected by pancreatic cancer, my children and I are once again participating in the Wage of Hope PurpleStride walk on April 27, 2024. This year marks our 8th year of walking alongside families and friends, dedicating each step to those fighting this relentless disease or who have tragically lost their battle.

I invite you to join our team or start your own in honor of loved ones who are fighting or will face this battle in the future. Together, we can make a difference and support vital research to find a cure. My personal goal is to raise as much as possible to contribute to this cause because pancreatic cancer patients deserve better treatments and outcomes.

Pancreatic cancer presents unique challenges as the 3rd leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States, with no early detection methods and few effective treatment options.
