To all loved ones, family and friends,

For those of you who have already joined Team Super O, THANK YOU! Also for the many of you who have made generous donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, THANK YOU as well!! As you know, Joel went to be with our Heavenly Father on February 18, 2016 after a courageous and faithfilled battle with pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is difficult to detect early and more research is needed for early prevention and detection as well as treatments. I'm raising money in support of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network by participating in PurpleStride, a fundraising walk/run which is virtual this year, and am asking for your support. By making a donation to me, you are supporting efforts to double survival for this deadly disease by 2022.

I am asking that if you have not made a donation or joined Team Super O, that you would please consider making a donation from your heart today and help the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network make great strides to save those we love from pancreatic cancer! On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN’s biggest community event of the year, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
