Welcome to my PanCAN PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Ten years ago our family lost our beloved mom, wife, and friend. She got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and fought the disease for a long time before she left this earth to be with the Lord. 

Pancreatic Cancer is still under-researched with not enough early detection methods. I'm running and fundraising so that future families can have greater odds of beating the disease than my mom had. I'm running so that in her honor, other families can be blessed by our efforts.

Mom was one of the most selfless people I've ever known. She was kind and loving to all people. I know that she would want us to live lives in support, kindness, and love to others and to make this world a better place.

I’m taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
