Welcome to my PanCAN PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

In loving memory of my mom, Super woman, Alma ‘Solé' Sagar. Fought this terrible disease for 10 years and taught us to never give up. Her legacy shall live on and hopefully impact those who need it most.

My Mom who was affected by this disease and how tough it can be showed us from the moment she was diagnosed that she wouldn't let anything bring her down, or affect her outlook in life. She truly set an example for her loved ones and anyone that knew her of what a warrior really is.

She always made every moment count.

My mom, aka Super Woman, overcame anything that tried to knock her down and I have no doubt that she will inspire others to be a superhero of their own. :)

Let's use that strength, power, and courage she inspired to raise awareness and wage hope for this disease!!

 We can somehow pay tribute to her by helping others who still have the chance.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
