Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

On 28 May 2016, I suffered a terrible motorcycle accident. I was in ICU for three days with (seven broken ribs, hematomas in both shoulders and a grade three concussion). The motorcycle accident was a divine appointment from GOD that reveal l had Stage 2 pancreatic cancer. The divine appointment from GOD “SAVED MY LIFE! l had distal pancreatectomy surgery on 12 Sep 2016 and was declared cancer free on 18 Sep 2016. Since then, l have participated in three Purple Stride events in Birmingham and Atlanta, and have shared my testimony to encourage family and friends to support the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we!

I’m going to help make progress, with your support.

On Saturday, April 30, 2022, I’m participating in PurpleStride Alabama, in Birmingham. This year-round national movement funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.

Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.

Please make a gift of any size to get me one step closer to my fundraising goal and improving more patients’ lives.

Patients and families need us now more than ever.

Thank you for your support.
