Let’s make the biggest impact on the lives affected by pancreatic cancer by donating or taking steps at  PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Denver City Park at 9 am.

 

PurpleStride walk raises money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; and free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services and more.


Eighteen years ago, my 50-year-old sister and best friend Mary Lee was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The Pancreatic Action Network (PanCan) was extremely helpful with information, support, and clinical trials. Pancreatic cancer was not done with my family, 10 years later it also took my youngest sister Peggy age 52. We used PanCan to help us find trials, information and support. Today another sister is fighting pancreatic cancer in my Bible Study. Through this walk we bring awareness, show support and make a difference by raising money for more research.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
