There is something about the name Jesus! Seven years ago as I was being rolled away to what was to be a six-hour surgery the only thing I could think to do was to call His name. Seven years later I am a pancreatic cancer survivor.  Seven years later I am still here with my family and friends. I am a witness that there is power in that name and to His healing grace and mercy.


I work with and raise funds for a wonderful organization that works towards improving outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients. I simply ask that you help me rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today.  Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
