Please Help fught pancreatic cancer

As most of you know I’ve had pancreatic cancer since April 2017. Pancreatic cancer is the third largest killer among cancers and expected to be second in a few years. There are few treatments and only 13% live 5 years. Research funding for pancreatic cancer is far less than for lung, colorectal, or breast cancer. My long survival is due to excellent utilization of current treatments combined with a newly approved targeted therapy for one of my tumor mutations developed through expensive testing. I have been raising funds for PANCAN in their Purple Stride walk for several years and this year I’m more incentivized because a close friend of mine died from pancreatic cancer last week less than six months after diagnosis despite receiving the best available care. I know that all of you receive more requests for charitable donations than you can afford to support but I would be very grateful if you chose to make a donation to my account for Purple Stride Pittsburgh 2024.
