Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. My husband Bill Quinn was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in March of 2017 and had Whipple surgery April  2017 followed by six months of chemo. Bill had several recurrences and endured many rounds of chemo, radiation and additional surgeries. He passed away on September 4, 2021. Research that your donations enabled in this fight against this relentless disease are what gave him more time with his family and friends. He was my hero...my Superman!!  Please help us either by participating virtually in the event on April 30, 2022 or by donating to our team Bill’s Army to help put an end to this beast for good!  Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
