Join my team and help me raise $2500 for Pancreatic Cancer Research!

March 11, 2025 will mark 10 years since my mother passed away from Pancreatic cancer. She was diagnosed days before my 19th birthday, and she passed a short 7 months later. When my mother was diagnosed, I had blinded myself to the reality of her disease; Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer has a less than 3% survival rate.


This cannot continue.


The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is an amazing organization that supports those living with the disease and their families and funds research on new treatments. To honor my mother, I will be running their annual 5K - Purple Stride - again this spring and fundraising to continue their research for a cure. However, this time I have made a team so others can support this amazing organization as well! If you are interested in donating, running, or helping me fundraise, please join me! I am hoping to match my individual contribution from previous years and raise $1,000 to support their work, but I have a larger team goal of $2,500. Every dollar that you give or raise ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.
