This Christmas will be the 5th year anniversary of the passing of my beloved husband. He was also a wonderful father to our girls and pop-pop to our grandchildren.

My family is participating in this year's PurpleStride event, which is a national walk raising funds for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to invest in research to find a cure for this disease, as well as programs and services for patients and their families.

With your support, we will continue to help make progress in the fight against pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
