Welcome to my PanCAN PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

  Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we! We're going to help make progress, with your support.

  Bich-Ngoc (the wife), my sister Lisa, and I are participating in PanCAN's PurpleStride on Sat. 4/27/2024, to raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

  We appreciate all of you who so generously donated -- whether your $ or your lovely vibes -- a couple years ago. But because pancreatic cancer hasn't taken a break, neither will we.

  As such, we invite you to help the fight by making a donation to support the people touched by this horrible disease or even walking in a PurpleStride event yourself -- or both! (Bich Ngoc and I are doing the PurpleStride in Anaheim. Would be great to stride with you there.)

  Although the 5-year survival rate has inched up over the past couple of years to 12%, it’s still the 2nd lowest among all cancer types. It took the lives of both our mom and dad. Let's do what we can for patients and families who need us now more than ever.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
