Welcome to #TeamJoe

I created this team a few years ago to honor my dad, Joe. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in April of 1989. Less than 4 months later, he lost his battle. He was just 48 years old. Losing him devastated my family and almost 33 years later it still hurts.

My dad was an intelligent, hard working, tough man. He loved sports (especially his SF Giants), his Bud Light, and his family. The thrill of competition always motivated him; hustle wins ball games! I am channeling his hustle to help as many people as I can.

Did you know that pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 11%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.

I’ve stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride 2022, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation or joining #TeamJoe today?

Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating today, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2030.

Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join me in the fight today.
