Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

My husband was diagnosed with neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer on November 11, 2014. Days later, PANCAN came onboard. This organization absolutely changed our lives and helped him to battle for 1 year and 1 month after being told he would die in 6 weeks. This gave us an opportunity to be a young family together. 

Unfortunately due to the sneaky nature of this cancer, many victims share stories of misdiagnosed and undetected until it's too late. PANCAN has provided support to all of these victims- those who are patients and those who are caregivers.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
