Team Buffy is counting down to PurpleStride 2024!

I lost my mom to pancreatic cancer on July 11, 2019. I miss her in new ways as each year passes and I look forward to participating in PurpleStride each year to remember her bravery, strength, and faith in a special way.

I have immense gratitude for everyone continues to walk alongside me as I navigate life without my mom.

PanCAN PurpleStride is the number one way PanCAN raises money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients, and gives them free, personalized one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services. Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
