Wage Hope at PurpleStride. The walk to end pancreatic cancer.

Welcome to My Personal Page

Most of all he was my husband of almost 40 years and father to our three amazing children, Jason, Adam and Whitney. A loving father-in-law to Hannah as well. He was a friend to so many people and he never knew a stranger. He had the ability to light up a room wherever he would be. He loved to sing, for those of you fortunate to hear him we all know what fun he brought to many. Unfortunately, he did not live to see our bundle of joy Kendall (7 months) or get to see his Chiefs win the Super Bowl. I do believe he is looking down and knows the good that has happened over this past year and is on our hearts and memories forever.

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.

I’ve stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me rewrite the future of this disease by clicking register if you plan to walk/run or if you can not attend click donate to help support this cause.

Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.

Purple ribbons and wristbands aren’t enough. Please join me in the fight today. Please join this team to spread the word and raise awareness, to honor Walter. As he would say,

"Step up, and bring it to the table".

My family and I thank you for supporting this much needed cause.  If we can help others by donating to research to improve survival rates and make this NOT a deadly disease and to eventually wipe it out.

With gratitude,

Jeri White
