In Memory of Maria "Carmelita" -MOM

"Life took a big shift in October 2018, symptoms were there, Dr's were not aware and finally after three surgeries - the words were given,

"You have Pancreatic Cancer".   The dreadful life sentence was heard, and Mom was determined to fight. At that time PC has a 5% survival rate.
She was determined to beat this cancer, and at some point she realized if she couldn't beat it, she will raise awareness.

Sadly, Mom gained her wings October 03, 2020. SHE FOUGHT HARD. I miss her everyday and I vow to stay involved with PanCan Network to help raise funds for research.  This cancer needs more survivors.

Just announced the survival rate has increased to 13% for 2023!!

Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.

Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join me in the fight today.  Together we can make a change.
