It's that time of year again & it's my 40th birthday!

As most of you probably know, my Dad died after a very quick and traumatic battle with pancreatic cancer. Last year, Mike was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. He's all good--just gets regular body checks. And then this year, lucky me, I joined the cancer club! Yes, of course that is sarcasm. I can say, with 100% certainty, cancer sucks. All of it. Pancreatic cancer survival rates are particularly terrible. I hope you'll contribute what you can to help fund research and assist families dealing with this deadly disease.

Since it's my 40th birthday this year... Might I suggest a donation of $40? (More if you can!)

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
